• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Prestige Top Line LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through the applicable app store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Top Line LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
